On the left a man removes the ladder used to take Jesus down from the cross. In the center and right Mary presses a kiss on her son's left cheek while three others lift the shroud to place it over his body. The one at the right end may be St. John (short hair, no beard).
The man giving directions to the one pulling the body into the sarcophagus is Joseph of Arimathea, whom the gospel accounts credit with the burial. Most images of Joseph give him unique headgear such as we see here.
